The payment methods displayed in checkout are the methods available for your transaction. Eligibility can vary by provider, destination, currency, and device. Use that screen to confirm availability rather than relying on a general payment logo.

Verify the selected tool, quantity, shipping address, any discount, taxes, delivery charge, and final amount before submitting payment. Your order confirmation is a useful record of the transaction. Currency conversion or other fees charged independently by your financial institution are separate from store charges.

Your payment provider may ask for authentication or place a pending authorization on your account. Fraud checks or payment verification may be needed before an order can proceed. A pending transaction is not always a settled charge; contact your provider for an explanation of its authorization timeline.

Enter payment details only in the checkout or payment-provider interface. Our support team does not need your full card number, card security code, banking password, or one-time authentication code. If you send a screenshot about an error, conceal those details first.

Craftviora uses Shopify to operate the store and its checkout services. Payment information is handled through the services presented during checkout. No website can promise absolute security; verify the domain and avoid submitting payment details through unsolicited messages.

If payment fails, check your billing details and available funds with the provider. Avoid repeated submissions while the status is unclear. For a suspected duplicate, email support with the order reference, transaction date, amount, and a redacted image if needed. We will review store records and explain next steps.

Enter a promotional code before paying and confirm that it was accepted. Offer-specific restrictions govern eligibility. Refund conditions and timing are set out in our Return & Refund Policy; an approved refund normally returns through the original payment method.
