These purchase terms govern orders placed at craftviora.com with Beijing Shengxin Xuanhe Technology Co., Ltd., trading as Craftviora™. Read them together with the Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over any conflicting provision.

You must have legal capacity to purchase and permission to use the submitted payment method. Provide accurate contact and delivery details. We may request reasonable verification to resolve a payment or order concern. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of an order, not that every verification step has finished.

Our store offers craft and DIY tools. The selected listing and option identify what is offered. Compare dimensions, material compatibility, power requirements, and included accessories; scene photography may contain materials or props that are not sold with the tool. Contact us about unclear information before purchase.

The checkout total identifies the price and applicable store charges for the transaction. Prices and availability can change before an order is placed. If a material error affects an existing order, we will contact you about a lawful correction or cancellation and any money owed back; we will not impose an unagreed higher price.

Normal processing takes 2–4 business days, or up to 5 in peak periods, followed by an estimated 10–15 business days of standard U.S. transit. Checkout determines available services. The Shipping Policy explains tracking, address changes, split parcels and delays, including required cancellation and refund options.

Eligible preference-return requests must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery. The Return & Refund Policy describes condition requirements, authorization, postage and the usual 5–10 business day refund-initiation period after receipt and approval. There is no restocking fee for approved returns. Rights for defective or misdescribed goods remain effective.

Keep blades, needles and small pieces away from children. Use an appropriate cutting mat and secure workpiece where required. Keep fingers clear of cutting and moving parts. Heat tools can burn or ignite materials: use the supplied instructions and a suitable surface, unplug after use, and let them cool before storage. Match electrical ratings and approved accessories; stop using equipment with damage. General website information does not replace the product instructions.

Ask promptly to change or cancel an order. Fulfillment progress may prevent the request, but a successfully canceled pre-fulfillment order has no cancellation fee. Promotions apply according to their stated conditions. Buying an item does not appoint you as an authorized reseller or license our brand.

We do not exclude liability, warranties, or remedies that applicable law makes non-waivable. Product suitability must be assessed against its stated specifications and intended use. For a dispute, contact support with your order reference and requested resolution. You retain the legal remedies available for the transaction.

We may update these terms for future transactions. The version applicable to an order, together with mandatory law, governs that purchase; later edits do not retroactively take away existing rights. If one term is unenforceable, the remaining lawful terms continue to apply.
